Abstract

This study was the investigation on the variables that influenced cadets¡¯ academic achievement. The data for analysis were collected from 80 cadets by questionnaires. The results are as follows ; First, the predictable variables in cadets¡¯ academic achievement was the high-school records. Second, academic achievement was significantly related with self-efficacy variables. Third, the relation with the variable of the opposite sex predicted cadets¡¯ academic achievement. This paper was a study for empirical research on issues relevant to cadets¡¯ academic achievement process. The results of the study will improve the faculty¡¯s interest in cadets¡¯ achievement process.
